Final Days

We have had a great start to the fall season so far. Michael and I have been busy these last couple of weeks counting down to Sonny's arrival. Trying to fit in some last minute things we won't be able to do for a while. The nursery is finished, the house is clean, and our hospital bags are packed. We have had fun these past few weeks having "dinner nights" with friends eating out and eating in. I had one last "Girl's Night Out" to catch up with some great friends and have a few laughs. We made it to the state fair and had a blast scooting around...taste testing all the wonderful treats. I got a little tired walking around the park so we decided to rent a motorized scooter so I would be a little more mobile. What a great idea and well worth it! October 1st we welcomed the arrival of my dear friends Tiffany and Cory Ingram's little one Noah Douglas Ingram, it was amazing getting to meet the little man. I can't wait for Sonny to meet his new friend. I only have a few days left until we are blessed with our son...the anticipation is overwhelming...I am looking forward to becoming a mom.

Turning 31 at 35 Weeks

Turning 31 at 35 weeks and 5 days, with 31 days to go is defiantly something I will never forget. A great dinner night with great friends in The Bishop Arts District at Tillman's Roadhouse. It was an amazing restaurant with fabulous food...chicken friend steak, ribs, and table side s'mores. I can't believe its almost time for my little boys birthday...and the arrival of "Baby Ingram". I can already tell it is the beginning to a great fall season. As Tiff and I would call it, "Let's get ready for some Denton weather", our favorite time of year.

SPI 2009

The first week of August we went on our annual beach trip with Michael's family to South Padre Island. Michael's cousin Carrie got an amazing new camera for her birthday so we have beautiful pictures to share. We had a great time hanging out on the beach during the day, eating great food, and playing games in the condo. This year I was 29 weeks pregnant and still had a blast, so next year will be even better with little Sonny D playing in the sand.
